i.e., post-operative care, care for chronically ill dogs, and individual care (e.g., medication administration, eye drops, dressing changes, individual outings, care for dogs that cannot be kept in a group with other dogs)

Change and Cancellation Policy:
•Cancellations made 14 days before the planned stay are free of charge.
•Cancellations made less than 14 days before the planned stay are subject to a 50% fee.
•If the pet’s stay is shortened, the pet owner is not entitled to a price reduction. If the pet is not paid in full or in part on the day of check-in, the pet owner is obligated to pay the full agreed price.
During the Christmas–New Year period (Dec 20 – Jan 5), during Holy Week, and during the long May weekend, the price per night is 160 PLN regardless of breed or size of the dog. New Year’s Eve night – 220 PLN.
Please make reservations well in advance (for example, around one month earlier for holidays and vacation periods) due to the limited number of places.

Essential booking information
Before booking
Your pet can only be accepted after an adaptation visit – this visit is free of charge.
If you want to leave your dog but don’t know how they will behave in a new place and among other dogs, you will find out during such a visit. Its purpose is to get to know the new place, the caretakers, and my own dogs. Thanks to an individual consultation with each pet, you can be sure your dog will not be stressed while staying in our hotel. Adaptation visits take place Monday to Friday from 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
Hotel day and payments:
The hotel day is counted in a 24-hour system.
It starts when the dog is left at the hotel and ends at the same hour the next day.
If the stay exceeds 24 hours, an extra 10 PLN per hour is charged.
Payment is made on the day you pick up your pet.

Deworming (done max 3 months before the stay)
Protection against fleas and ticks
Lack of vaccinations will result in refusal to admit the dog to the hotel, for the safety of your pet and the others staying at the hotel.
Vaccinations must be done at least 3 weeks before the planned stay. IMPORTANT! Vaccinations cannot be done, for example, 5 days before the stay.
Because of the limited number of places, please book well in advance. For holidays, vacations, and long weekends – around one month earlier.
