Terms and Conditions

To book a service, please make an appointment by phone: 506102891 during salon working hours. The salon is open Mon–Fri 10:00–18:00. Closed on Saturdays.

If we are not informed about a delay, after 20 minutes the client may not be admitted and will be notified by SMS.

If a dog is aggressive and cannot be controlled, the groomer may refuse the service. Please inform us of any aggression when booking an appointment.

We do not give any medication to dogs.

Only professional, certified pet cosmetics are used in the salon.

In the case of a heavily matted dog, the previously agreed haircut may be changed. The dog’s well-being is most important, so if we decide brushing is impossible, the dog will be clipped short.

If the dog suffers from any illness, please inform us when booking an appointment. The salon is not responsible for any deterioration of the dog’s health if the owner withholds information about illnesses (e.g., cold, epilepsy).

Old, sick, fearful, or unstable dogs are groomed at the owner’s responsibility.

The salon reserves the right to use photos of the dog for promotional purposes.

Each dog must have a health book with up-to-date vaccinations.

By using the salon’s services, the client accepts the terms and conditions.
